Archbishop Gallagher to make 4-day diplomatic visit to Montenegro
Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Vatican's secretary for state relations, will make a four-day visit to the Balkan nation of Montenegro, where he will meet with government officials and the local Catholic community.

From Thursday, March 21 to Sunday, March 24, Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary of the Holy See for Relations with States and International Organizations, will visit Montenegro.
During his stay in this Balkan country, he will meet the President, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The visit was announced on the X via @TerzaLoggia, the official account of the Secretariat of State of the Holy See.
The archbishop's visit comes at the invitation of Filip Ivanović, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, whom he will meet on Thursday.
On Friday, meetings with Jakov Milatović, President of the Republic, followed by meetings with Andrija Mandić, Speaker of Parliament, and Milojko Spajić, Prime Minister, are planned for Friday.
On the same day, Archbishop Gallagher will attend the opening of the session of the Joint Commission for the implementation of the fundamental agreement between the Holy See and Montenegro.
The highlight of his visit will be the meeting with the Catholic community of the Diocese of Kotor on Saturday, March 23, when he will celebrate mass at St. Tryphon Cathedral.
On Sunday, the last day of his trip, Bishop Gallagher will meet the Catholic community of the Archdiocese of Bar and celebrate the Eucharist in St. Peter's Co-Cathedral.
