Radio Maria's bank accounts in Nicaragua are blocked. The radio station announced that it could no longer access its savings at the Banco de la Producción.
Initially, the general coordinator of the station, Róger Munguía, declared that the blockage was “without justification”. It was later announced that this decision was due to a lack of up-to-date documentation.
However, Radio Maria says it is “confident in its ability to continue its work of evangelization.”
